Shipping policy
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become available. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders placed by 3 p.m. EST from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that we observe most U.S. federal holidays, which may cause delays in dispatch and delivery.
Shipping Options:

Continental U.S. (48 States and D.C.):
- We offer free ground delivery.
- Expedited next-business day shipping is available for an additional fee of $11.
- Shipments and deliveries are not available on weekends and holidays.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Alaska & Hawaii, Non-Continental - U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses:
- Orders are shipped via two-day delivery and may take an extra 1-4 days to arrive
- Expedited next – business day shipping is not available.
Address Validation:
Maxwell will attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we are unable to validate the address, we will contact you for an update. If the address cannot be updated, the order will be canceled and refunded. Maxwell is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Damages:
Maxwell/Chase is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
